When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3pm PST MON-FRI usually ship same day. Orders placed after the 3pm cutoff will ship the following business day. The exception to this is on orders placed on Thursday or Friday that
require refrigeration. These orders will be held over and shipped the following Monday to ensure that your package is not left in some shipping warehouse over the weekend. Alternatively, you may specify a future date for delivery, in which case we will wait to ship until the appropriate time frame.
How will my order be shipped?
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time. Depending upon the size of the order we ship First Class Mail, Priority Mail with the USPS, UPS, FedEx or Golden State Overnight in certain areas.
How does the bacon stay fresh while in transit?
All bacon is shipped in the best possible manner to ensure ultimate freshness by utilizing such methods as: (1) dry ice, (2) state of the art "Gel-Packs" and/or (3) specially designed, protective thermal-insulated bubble wrap, (or any combination thereof).
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. As former army brats and soldiers, we will do what ever it takes to send a package to a soldier. Please be mindful that countries like Iraq will not accept our bacon products simply because they are a pork.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Internationally, we can only ship wine to Ontario Canada. We cover any brokerage fees for orders shipped to Canada, but you will be responsible for any taxes assessed. All packages are declared at a $20.00 value.
What States do you currently ship wine to?
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Ontario Canada, however all shipments will have a surcharge to cover the additional costs of shipping. We will automatically add these charges to your order during shipment.
If I am shipping my order as a gift, will the recipient know how much I paid?
We never include any pricing information on any of our packing slips. We only include the items and quantities that were shipped. If your packing slip does not match what you received in your order, please contact Customer Service and we will gladly fix the problem.
Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges and Store credits can only be given for non perishable items within 14 days of purchase date.
Products can only be returned if items are defective, delivered damaged, expired or if we've shipped you the wrong items.
We cannot allow returns on items that you wanted to try and did not enjoy the taste of.
